Breast Reconstruction - Breast Implant

This is a 40 year old female who had a mastectomy for breast cancer of the right breast.  She underwent immediate insertion of  a tissue expander followed by its replacement with a silicone implant 4 months later.  She also underwent breast augmentation with a silicone implant in the left breast for symmetry.
