Female Primary Rhinoplasty

This patient desired a softer profile in addition to having her eyes refreshed. Postoperative photos reveal a softer nasal appearance with a nicer profile and a fresher, more rejuvenated look to her face. A small hump was left to preserve her ethnicity, and there is a perfect balance between the nose and chin.
