Female Revision Rhinoplasty

49-year-old female patient complaining of bilateral nasal obstruction and a “deformed looking nose” following a previous rhinoplasty. She also had a chin implant with her initial rhinoplasty, but presented with asymmetric right jaw fullness following her initial surgery. Her postoperative photos reveal a natural, more refined nose.
