Male Ethnic Rhinoplasty

36-year-old African American male had nose surgery. The goal of the rhinoplasty was to thin out the nose and give more projection. Notice the improved but not over-corrected profile with more projection and slimmer nasal tip. The after photos show that the patient still retains his unique characteristics with aesthetic improvement, this is the goal of an ethnic rhinoplasty. The patient did not desire nostril narrowing which would have narrowed his nose slighty more.
