Aesthetic Implants Replace Missing Front Teeth

    A 50 year-old male patient was missing his lateral incisors (side front teeth) since birth.  He wore a partial denture (flipper) to replace the teeth for most of his life.  He had implants placed and whitened his teeth while the implants settled.  I restored his teeth with aesthetic implant crowns.
