33 year old female patient

This 33 year old patient wanted to have a Mommy Makeover. She wanted to improve her breast and body contours. For this we suggested a breast lift and implant to give a very youthful fullness above the nipple complex. The patient chose 500 cc Moderate Plus silicone implants to be placed under the muscle and this is done at the same time as the tummy tuck and liposuction. The patient is seen at 2 months post op. Patients need about 6 months to 12 months to see their final results but even at this very early time, the patient shows the abdominal tightening and the defining areas of sharpness.
