15 year old female patient

This is a 15 year old who disliked her nose as longs she can remember. The front view shows her one year earlier, and she had her procedure about 8 months later. If you examine her nose as in the pre op front photo, you will see a boxy nose and a drooping tip. From the side view there is the reasonable hump, and when she smiles, the tip droops. The patient is seen 4 months post op. On the angle and side views you can see what others see while talking to her or watching her in observation or conversation. I did a closed nasoplasty, and therefore there is no scar on the bottom of the nose. The entire procedure is done through the nostrils and with fiberoptic visualization.
