This 23 year old woman was unhappy with her nose. Note that your eyes are brought directly to her nose in the pre op photos. The plan was to take the hump down, take away the sharp ridges and try to straighten out the slight deviation of the nasal tip. I chose to do a closed nasoplasty, and therefore there is no external scar on the nose. She is shown now at only 3 weeks post op. I tell patients that the swelling will take 6-12 months to completely go away but you can see that even in the early weeks, there is a very noticeable improvement.
