15 year old female patient

This is a nasoplasty that was done when this young lady was 15 years old. The pre op photos are taken at 15years old, with a nasal hump. I performed her nasoplasty. Fast forward 8 years, and she is 23 years old. Notice several things. Her nasoplasty has not changed in any way throughout the years and demonstrates the longevity of a nasoplasty. It is not like the humps will grow back nor the skin get loose.
