    This is a 49 year old woman who wanted improvement to her breasts. She had some breast sag (ptosis). She decided to have a breast augmentation with silicone implants. She decided against having a breast lift due to the scars on the front of the breast. The pictures are 2 months after surgery. She has a 425 cc silicone implant on the right and a 400 cc silicone implant on the left.
