28 year old female patient

This is a 28 year old woman's chief complaint was her very prominent nose. She did not like her profile and had the hated side photographs, a very common complaint. Her goal was to make her nose more a part of her face rather then the "beak effect" that such a profile mimicks. However, during our consult, we discussed another part of her profile that was overexagerating her nose was her recessive chin. As we discussed this anatomy, it became obvious to the patient that a correction of the chin at the same time would add to her results.
