    This patient is 35 years old, measuring at 5 ft 9 inches, and weighs 138 lbs. She has a history of a breast augmentation. When reconstructing her breasts, I started by removing her implants with placement of Tissue Expanders. I later replaced her expanders with permanent implants and fat grafting to upper pole.
