Facelift, Neck Lift, Tear Trough Implants

Patient complained of puffy eyes, excess skin and fat under chin, and mid face and cheeks drooping. I performed a facelift to the cheeks and midface, a neck lift to tighten neck muscles and reduce fat and tissue, and transconjunctival tear trough implants.
