75 and up year old woman treated with Microneedling

Elderly woman of 76 years not candidate for wound care and downtime after carbon dioxide laser resurfacing had significant improvement in difficult-to-treat upper lip and lower cheek wrinkles after two Infini microneedling with radiofrequency treatments followed immediately after by the application in-office topical Sculptra which is absorbed through the channels of the microneedling to stimulate more collagen production. She is also using Alastin Restorative cream to improve the elasticity of her dermis.
