He was a 30 years young man from Aftrican origin suffered from loose and hanging male breast (Gynecomastia ) after work out and try to loose weight to self correct his Gynecomastia but resulted into what is seen here as a hanging male breast. It was surgically corrected by a breast reduction anchor technique that is normally used for female breast reduction.
