This is a 26-year-old from Bonita, California 1-year post-op breast augmentation surgery. She decided she wanted more fullness and cleavage but nothing too over whelming for her petite body frame. I used silicone-gel implants made by the Mentor Corporation with both implants filled to 450cc.
