Asian Eyelid Surgery for Excess Skin

This is a patient of mine who came to me to re-create the crease that she once had a number of years ago. I performed the surgery by removing skin and using specific techniques to ensure that the crease stayed in position and looked natural even after so much skin was removed. She specifically requested a low natural crease and is thrilled with the result. She is three weeks postop in this photograph.
