Revisionary Breast Augmentation

This 44-year old from Poway, California was interested in revisionary breast augmentation surgery. She had her previous breast augmentation surgery for about 25 years and was unhappy with the size and shape of her breast.  She explained that she is athletic-build and wants fullness, cleavage, and overall a natural look. I used 600cc silicone-gel mammary prosthesis made by Mentor Corporation. The patient is 18-months post-op surgery.
