42 year old woman - Simultaneous Implant Exchange with Fat

    This patient had discomfort associated with her submuscular silicone implants. She underwent removal of her 350cc implants with simultaneous fat transfer. 400cc of fat was injected into each breast. She also underwent a revision breast lift and revision tummy tuck at the same time.
