This patient presented after undergoing two surgeries with another surgeon. Notice the low part of her breast in the before picture. The scar is wide and clearly visible from the 3/4 view at the bottom of the breast.  The Patient's implant pocket was overdissected and she demonstrated bottoming out of her implant.  She did not like the unnatural slope to her upper pole and the large visible scar underneath. Her inframammary fold and breast implant pocket were reconstructed without needing to use allograft by using her native breast tissue and meticulous suture technique.  The scar was revised and the incision site was raised up to be hidden under the breast fold rather than being on the bottom of the breast. The original implants were preserved.
