Breast Lift and Augmentation

This patient is 47 years old. The patient's height is 5'4". Before the procedure, the patient weighed 149lbs, after having lost 72lbs through diet and exercise. The patient had a preoperative bra size of 36D. 350 cc, round, smooth surfaced, silicone implants were used. The implants were placed under the chest muscle. The patient also underwent an Inverted T breast lift. The after photos for this patient were taken approximately 5 months after surgery.
