Eyelid and cheek basal cell carcinoma

    This patient had a large basal cell carcinoma of her left eyelid/medial canthal area/cheek area. The lesion was removed by a Mohs-trained Dermatologist. Dr. Zoumalan helped repair the defect using local advancement of skin-muscle flaps.
