Before and after surgical hairline excision with tissue expansion, to repair prior multiple hairline plug grafts

    The only way to adequately and fully remove this patients prior plug grafts, with scarring of the scalp skin, was with the placement of a balloon tissue expander, which permitted the excision (after 8 weeks of expansion of the balloon) of the entire 4 cm of hairline plug grafts with the skin.
