Patient Stats Age: 32 Height (inches): 66 Pregnancies: 0 Weight (lbs): 160 Bra Size Pre: 36DD Bra Size Post 36D Amount Removed Right: 276 gm (~ 0.6 lbs) Amount Removed Left: 298 gm (~~0.7 lbs) Post Op: 14 months Surgical Notes: seven years previously this patient underwent a "donut" or Benelli Mastopexy, which removes skin from around the areola in order to achieve a lift. Subsequently, the nipple areolar complex (NAC) descended and is aesthetically too low. The patient continues to have stretched skin and "bottoming out" of the breast tissue resulting in upper pole volume loss with too much breast tissue below the inframammary fold (the crease that the underwire sits in). The Areolas are stretched and too large for the breast size. Surgical Goals: The patient wanted slightly smaller breasts that were proportionate and perkier. She desired smaller areolas. A "full" or "keyhole" mastopexy was performed.
