This 36 year-old woman from Shasta County, California was interested in a breast lift. She was a mother of two, was not planning any more children and felt her breasts were saggy and deflated.
Her size was a 36 D cup and she had enough breast volume that I felt an anchor mastopexy would give her the breast lift she wanted. In the future, she could also add an implant for upper pole fullness.
She underwent a breast lift (mastopexy), tightening the skin envelope in both a horizontal and vertical dimension. The size of the areola was reduced and the position of the nipple was elevated.
Her final result shows a more pleasing breast shape that allows her to go without a bra from time to time and to wear clothes she could not wear before.
