    Patient presented with periodontally involved broken and worn teeth. Upper teeth had increased mobility.Upper teeth were extracted, implants were placed and immediately loaded with hybrid prosthesis. The final hybrid prosthesis with metal substructure was delivered. The patient still struggles with his oral hygiene.
