Right Lateral:

This right lateral view shows that the tip of the nose has been rotated slightly upward and the moderate sized hump on the nose has been reduced.  In general, a woman's nose should be a little more rotated upwards than a man's nose - the surgery achieved this goal.

The nasal hump has been reduced in height to give a good cosmetic outcome, but care was taken to avoid reducing the hump too much and giving that patient an "operated" look.  If it doesn't look natural, it doesn't look good!  Reducing the dorsum too much can also result in difficulty breathing through the nose.

Every nasal surgery is a delicate balance between cosmetic goals and making sure the nose breaths well.  Jayne didn't have major problems breathing through her  nose prior to surgery, but she breaths even better post-operatively.
