Nose surgery for nose hump and tip

Right oblique view:

The right oblique view gives a nice look at the improvements that were made to the nasal tip.  Before the surgery, the nasal tip had a bifurcated appearance, as though it was split down the middle.  This bothered the patient a lot.  You can see in the post operative picture that the split tip is gone and the nasal tip is more refined. 

In general, improving the appearance of the tip requires more skills and experience than reducing the hump on the dorsum of the nose.
