Rhinoplasty for nose hump and bulbous tip

43 year old lady from Pittsburgh, PA.  She was very concerned with her moderate nasal hump and her bulbous nose tip. 

Left lateral view:

Note the nasal tip is slightly higher than the nasal dorsum.  This is the classical ideal of the relationship between the tip and the dorsum for the Caucasian nose.  Also note the crisper transition from the upper lip to the nose. 

Finally, the nasal tip has been slightly deprojected- this means the nasal tip is slightly closer to the face after surgery.  The subtle refinement provides greater balance between the nose and the rest of the face.
