    This woman in her early thirties who wanted an "hour-glass" shape and more definition of her back. She underwent liposuction of the posterior flanks and back with autologous fat grafting to the upper, outer buttocks (Brazilian Butt Lift). The surgery was successful in giving her a sculpted back and a sexier shape. She also had a tummy tuck during the same procedure.
