    Ht: 5’2 Wt: 130 Age: 46 Bilateral mastectomy for left breast cancer and right prophylactic removal with placement of tissue expanders. Tissue expanders replaced with saline inflatable implants filled to 510cc. Nipple reconstruction and areolar tattoo completed on both reconstructed breasts.
