    Ht: 5’8 Wt: 128 Age: 44 Bilateral mastectomy for right breast cancer and left prophylactic removal with placement of tissue expanders. Tissue expanders replaced with 500cc moderate plus profile gel implants. Nipple reconstruction and areolar tattoo completed on both reconstructed breasts.
