    Ht: 5’4 Wt: 170 Age: 50 Left mastectomy for breast cancer with latissimus dorsi flap procedure and placement of tissue expander. Tissue expander replaced with saline inflatable implant filled to 525cc. Areolar tattoo completed on left reconstructed breast. Patient declined nipple reconstruction. Right breast reduction for symmetry.
