    Ht: 5’6 Wt: 116 Age: 57 Bilateral mastectomy for left breast cancer and right prophylactic removal with placement of tissue expanders. Tissue expanders replaced with 375cc moderate plus profile gel implants. Nipple reconstruction and areolar tattoo completed on both reconstructed breasts.
