This patient put on 10 pounds a year for a decade during her forties. She had stopped using a scale and stopped paying attention to the gradual change. Finally she and a group of her overweight friends decided to support one another in changing unhealthy habits. She became careful about food intake. She began exercising regularly with both aerobic and strength training. The 100 lbs came off over a two year period. She decided to have a lower body lift and an arm lift to eliminate the stretched out skin that remained.
