Neck Lift

This patient was only concerned about the appearance of her neck, stating that it was what aged a woman.  She was not interested in rejuvenating other areas of the face.  

The patient underwent a neck lift, with removal of excess skin, tightening of neck muscles, and removal of a small amount of fat under the lower jaw.  I was able to improve the jowls at the same time.  The patient is 2 months postop.
