Before and After Complete Face Lift (Quarter View)

This patient underwent a complete face lift including endoscopic brow lift, quad lid blepharoplasty (all four eyelids lifted), cheek lift, and neck lift.
The patient wanted a natural appearing rejuvenation, with improvement in all areas of the face and neck. The patient complained that she feel that she looked older than her age and she looked angry and tired.
The procedure reduced wrinkles in the forehead, and made the eyes and shaped the brows creating a much more pleasant appearance. In the midface, the cheek fat pads were elevated to fill in the “hollow cheeks”, improve the appearance of the cheek bones, diminish the prominence of the nasolabial folds & jowls, and create a more triangular shape to the lower face (rather than the squared off appearance of an aging face). Finally, the neck skin & muscles were tightened, and a small amount of fat was removed to create a long, graceful, attractive, and youthful neck.
