    This is a 40-year-old female who presents for a breast reduction. She is 5 feet 5 inches, 148 pounds. She underwent an inverted-T breast reduction. She had 700 grams removed from her right and 600 from her left side. She went from a size F to a size C+. Photos are shown six months after surgery.
