55 year old male, rhinoplasty

This is a 55-year-old, male who presented for evaluation for facial rejuvenation. His complaint with his nose was the overall size of his nose and the lack of nasal tip definition. He underwent an external rhinoplasty procedure with the open nasal approach. In addition, he underwent a facelift, upper and lower eyelid surgery and fat injections to his cheeks. He is seen nine months after surgery
