    38 year old patient with 2 children requested her breasts be lifted and enhanced. She increased her cup size proportionally from a pre op size of a C to a post op size of a D per the sub-muscular Breast Augmentation procedure. Allergan, moderate gel implants were selected, 270 cc's were used. Performed a periareolar mastopexy to lift her breasts.
