African American Rhinoplasty Revision

27 year old African American female complaining of wide nostrils, bulbous tip and low bridge. The patient underwent Dr. S's three tiered open rhinoplasty technique. A custom carved SLUPimplant was used to elevate the bridge and a vertical and horizontal nostril narrowing performed. Also the tip fat was removed adding cartilage grafts for increased tip definition.
