    This 21 year old patient from Bonita, California had her original breast augmentation performed in Mexico by a previous surgeon and was very unhappy with her results. The patient also developed symmastia which usually occurs when the surgeon tries to make the implants too close together. The patient is now 5 years post op symmastia correction and re-augmentation with saline implants.
