    This 30 year old from Apple Valley, California was very unsatisfied with the appearance of her breast as a result of her previous breast augmentation. The patient's previous implants were removed, performed breast pocket reconstruction with the use of internal suturing, and replaced the previous implants with 475cc silicone gel implants. The patient is now 5 months post-op surgery.
