    This 33 year old female was interested in breast revision surgery after four previous breast surgeries left her unsatisfied with her breast size and shape. She was unhappy with her implant rippling, displacement, and lack of cleavage. Breast revisionary surgery with the use of capsulorrhaphy and allograft was performed to achieve an extra large breast augmentation as her goal. She is now 3 days post-op.
