    Patient underwent Rhinoplasty several years earlier and was left with a wide nasal bridge. Her frontal view shows ‘open roof deformity’ resulting in a boxy appearance of the nose. Performed bilateral osteotomies to narrow the nasal bones and her after photo shows a more pleasing look.
