This 60-year-old school counselor found that the extra loose skin of his upper lids was starting to interfere with his vision. We discussed a combination of upper blepharoplasties to trim this excess skin, and an endoscopic forehead lift to re-elevate his eyebrows. He understood that sagging eyebrows were contributing to the problem. He had his surgery during the summer school break. His eyesight was improved immediately.
