37-year-old woman treated with Eyelid Surgery.
This patient’s baggy lower eyelids were treated with transconjunctival blepharoplasties and laser resurfacing. Because she had minimal skin redundancy of the lower lids, this approach was used, concealing the incision on the inside of the lower lid. She is seen only 10 days after surgery. There is still some redness from the laser treatment. She returned a few years later to have her upper lids treated.
