This patient had attractive facial features, but demonstrated premature changes of aging from sun exposure. She asked what could be done about her drooping chin. The excess soft tissue of the chin was reduced, correcting her witch’s chin deformity. Fat injection was used to replenish the face, treating the cheeks (15 cc per cheek), nasolabial creases, lips, chin crease, and jawline. Botox® was used to treat her forehead lines and crow’s feet. These techniques worked well together to rejuvenate her appearance.
