This 33-year-old woman wanted to address both functional and aesthetic issues with her nose. Functionally, she had a deviated septum which led to breathing issue especially when she attempted to sleep or exercise. Aesthetically, she wanted to correct the nasal hump and address her disproportionally high bridge. When performing rhinoplasty, Dr. Reddy places the incisions inside the nose allowing him to reset the nasal structure and adjust the skin and tissue. After surgery, Dr. Reddy placed the patient in an Aquaplast splint.
