    This patient had significant skin laxity of the lower abdomen and conspicuous "love handles." He had the surgery before starting college and successfully kept the extra weight off. Procedures: Abdominoplasty, liposuction of abdomen, flanks, inner thighs and axillae. Touch-up with liposuction of flanks 2 years later.
